GDPR requires all organisations to ensure they use supported updatable software. As Microsoft won’t be providing updates after the deadline, continuing to run these systems and software is a breach of GDPR. If you are not up to date, then you are most definitely liable to be prosecuted as you have not fulfilled your responsibilities to ensure your systems are secure.

Windows 7, Office 2010, Server 2008 and Small Business Server 2011.
It takes a second to see if you’re using any of the versions of software that will no longer receive security updates from Microsoft after the dates given.
Will they still work after the deadline?
Office 2010 and older non-Office 365 version will not be able to access Office 365 online services. And Office 2010 will stop receiving security updates. And will 2010 be safe to use? Absolutely not!
